How do I view and edit my profile?
- Open your web browser, go to zoosk.com, and log in to your Zoosk account.
- Click on your Zoosk display name in the top right corner of your screen.
- Select My Profile.
Why is my Zoosk account blocked?
If your Zoosk account is blocked, chances are that your account is trashed. You can either start a fresh account with a new email address or else contact Zoosk customer support for recovery of your account. Zoosk monitors your activity before blocking your account.
Can you permanently delete Zoosk account?
There is no way to permanently delete the account from the Zoosk website. You will need to deactivate it first and then contact the Zoosk support staff. Delete or change all of your profile information.
Why can't I delete my Zoosk account?
First, log in to your account and go to your settings. Then, click "edit" next to the "account status" section, and click the deactivate link. Once your account is deactivated, go to Zoosk's contact page, and send their customer service an email explaining you want your account permanently deleted.
What happens when you pause your account on Zoosk?
If you want to take a break from online dating, pausing lets you temporarily hide your profile from Zoosk and still keep your profile, connections, and message history for when you come back. When you pause your account: You won't receive emails or notifications from Zoosk or Zoosk members.
How can you tell when someone was last on Zoosk?
If there's a green dot or indicator on someone's profile saying he or she is Online Now, it means that person is currently active on Zoosk. If there's a blue dot or indicator on someone's profile saying he or she was Recently Online, it means that person visited Zoosk at least once within the last seven days.
