How do I fix a frozen Venmo account?

If you received an email that a recent payment you made from a bank account has failed, you'll want to login from a computer and head to venmo.com/recover to resolve the issue. Your account will also be temporarily frozen until the funds are paid back. Bank payments can fail for a number of reasons.
