  4. Step 4: Go to the outbox folder and open the stuck email then move it to the Drafts folder and remove the attachment if it is too big in size as this can be the root cause of the problem then you can try send the email again.
  5. Step 5: Bring the outlook back to online
  6. Step 6: Click on send/receive and see the email is gone
