How To Manage Cancel or Reactivate myaccount.aol.com Services?
Follow the steps below to find the right plan for you.
- Visit MyAccount.aol.com.
- Click My Services.
- Click Subscriptions.
- Click Manage next to the plan you'd like to change.
- If prompted, verify your account.
- Under products, click Change Plan.
- Click Select Plan to choose a new plan.
- Confirm plan change.
How can I recover my AOL account?
- Go to the AOL Account security page.
- Click Add recovery email address. - If you don't see this option, click Email addresses first.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to enter and verify your new info.
1-Remove AOL Username but not Primary Account
- Navigate to My Account, and sign in with your new username and password.
- Answer your Account Security Question and click "Continue."
- Locate the screen name you want to remove in the Additional Screen Names box, click the red "X" to delete it and choose "Delete" to confirm.
2- Remove Paid AOL Account
- Navigate to My Account and sign in with your username and password.
- Answer your Account Security Question and click "Continue."
- Select "I Already Have a High Speed Connection" and click "View Plans."
- Review your current paid subscription information, and then choose "Cancel My Billing" at the bottom of the screen.
- Review the confirmation page and the offer to switch to a lower-cost plan. Select a reason for cancelling your service, and choose "Cancel My Billing" to convert your AOL account to a free account.
Follow the steps in the next section to remove your free AOL account.
3- Remove Free Account
- Navigate to My Account and sign in with your username and password.
- Answer your Account Security Question and click "Continue."
- Select "I Already Have a High Speed Connection" and click "View Plans."
- Review your current subscription information, and choose "Cancel" at the bottom of the screen.
- Read the notices about the effect of canceling your AOL subscription. Select a reason for canceling, and then click "Cancel AOL" to permanently remove your account.
